My husband and I recently went on the carnivore, and keto-carnivore diet, and one thing we couldn't pass up was our Friday Night "Pizza & Movie Nights!" We just finished watching Star Wars 5 with our kids, and have made this super delicious carnivore crust numerous weeks in a row with much success. It's perfect if you're low carb, zero carb, keto, carnivore, paleo, and gluten free diets! On top of that it's super quick and easy to make with 4 simple ingredients. Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
spices of choice (we use Parsley, Salt, and garlic / onion powder). You can use Italian Seasoning too, just know this will add to the carbs.
1 Egg
1/2 cup Parm Cheese
your favourite pizza toppings

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (I recommend one with a upper lip, as the chicken grease can seap over the edges - Yes, I learned this the hard way!)
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. (1 lb ground chicken, 1 tsp parsley, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp salt)
Once mixture is combined, dump it on your prepared baking sheet, and roll it out to 1/4 inch thick (you want it thin!)
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Absorb the grease with paper towel
Add on favourite pizza sauce, and toppings.
Bake an additional 10 minutes
Let cool for a few minutes & slice and serve hot! Notes:
This recipe makes enough for about 2 adults / 6 -8 slices. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but with the base as chicken - this pizza crust is VERY filling.
Our favourite toppings are: ground beef, bacon, free from deli ham, and a mixture of different cheeses that we have on hand.
Carbs will depend on what spices you put it here.
You can also completely omit the egg, if you wish.
Do not put a heaping amount of toppings on or it will be harder to eat
