These no bake energy bites are the best protein balls you'll ever try! This recipe was given to me back in my CrossFit days pre-kids, and I still make them.. 8 years later! Now, not only does my husband and I enjoy these, but so do our kids! Plus they're packed full of nutrients to help boost your energy, whether you're mommin', working out or just need a little pick me up. Lastly, they're delicious!
Here's the highlights:
easy, no bake, gluten free, dairy free, healthy snack idea, kid-friendly
Let's jump into the recipe!

Ingredients
1 Cup Quick Oats (use gluten free for GF option)
2/3 Cup coconut flakes
1/2 Cup peanut butter (I use natural peanut butter, so I do soften it first)
1/2 Cup ground flax seed, or hemp hearts
1/2 Cup vegan chocolate chips
1/3 cup raw honey
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, and refrigerate for about 1/2 an hour (or longer if you forget about them!) Roll into balls, or eat off the spoon!
Feel free to double the recipe. I do every time to yield more protein balls. Trust me, they'll get eaten quick! Store them in a stasher bag, or glass container to maintain freshness.

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as me! Let me know in the comments if you plan to try this recipe. Sharing is Caring!!
