Low Carb Keto-Friendly Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

When it comes to eating Keto, these buffalo cauliflower bites are SOOO good! I knew when I started my carnivore/keto diet - AKA KETOVORE - that I wanted to revamp these buffalo cauliflower bites so I could eat them as a side dish. These pair beautifully with these Keto Carnivore Juice Chicken Thighs, or any chicken dish for that matter, and this homemade ranch dip!



Let's dive in! INGREDIENTS:

1 Head of Cauliflower, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and Pepper to taste, or about 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp of pepper

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup buffalo sauce (I use Franks) Avocado Oil


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 425. Toss the cauliflower in a bowl and drizzle avocado oil on top. Add in spices and bake (lined with parchment if you don't have non stick baking sheets) for 10-15 minutes. Melt butter and add in buffalo sauce. Transfer cauliflower back to the bowl and toss with butter/buffalo sauce. Put back onto baking sheet and bake an additional 20-25 minutes.
