Summer and BBQ Season is almost upon us, and I am so excited to share my NEW keto-carnivore friendly Hamburger Patty Recipe! If you are not keto-carnivore, low carb, low sugar, paleo, gluten free, etc - you can follow this hamburger recipe instead! Both are equally delicious. When we went on a keto-carnivore, my husband is strictly carnivore, I had to get creative with recipes, but I wanted to ensure simple ingredients, and still quick easy recipes! This hamburger patty recipe hits the nail on the head!

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup crushed pork rinds
1 egg
spices of choice (We use parsley and salt to keep it low carb! Sometimes we add in 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp of onion powder. Just know these spices will up the carb count).
*While this recipe is not zero carb (there's carbs in eggs, it is VERY low carb - making it carnivore and keto friendly. It's also gluten free, and dairy free!

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all of your ingredients into a large mixing bowl
Grab your hamburger patty press (under $20 on amazon and the best little kitchen gadget!!) & make your patties.
This recipe makes about 6 hamburger patties.
Serve with your choice of toppings, and buns. Obviously to keep these Keto-Carnivore, we opt out of a bun.
