How to make chocolate cupcakes | Easy NO-FAIL cupcake recipe

I've said it before, and I'll say it again - baking ain't easy! With this no-fail chocolate cupcake recipe, you're sure to please the whole crowd! This is my go-to recipe for chocolate cupcakes! I also have a vanilla option, so make sure you check that recipe out too!

Let's jump into the recipe!

Ingredients: 2 Cups Sugar 1 tsp Salt

1 3/4 Cup Flour 3/4 Cup Cocoa

1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 2 Eggs 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1 Cup Whole Milk 1/2 Cup Oil (alternative melted butter) 2 tsp vanilla

1 Cup Boiling Water +1/4 Cup Sour Cream (I use Greek Yogurt) + shaved chocolate

Directions: *Mix dry ingredients, then wet. *Add Boiling Water last

Bake @ 325 for 18 minutes. *Makes about 24 cupcakes.
