
When I posted these yummy jars of goodness over on my IG stories, my DM's FLOODED with messages for the recipe of this no bake cherry cheesecake in a jar! Not only are they super adorable, but they're the perfect dessert for ANY dinner and Holiday! (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Dinner with friends - they're perfect because they're individual!).
Here's the highlights: easy, no bake, individual cheesecake in a jar (or put it in a glass dish), versatile!
Let's jump into the dairy and gluten free no bake cheesecake recipe!

Ingredients
Base:
2.5 Cups Gluten Free Graham Crumbs
3/4 Cup Melted Butter
1 TBSP Cane Sugar
Filling:
200g Dairy Free Cream Cheese (this one is my favourite brand)
255g tub of SoDelicious CoCoWhip
2 TBSP cane sugar
Fruit Topping of Choice - I used cherry. You can use strawberries, blueberries, whatever pie filling you want, or make your own! This is so versatile!
Refrigerate, and let cool for 4 hours before serving. Serve cold.
(This recipe will yield about 6 250ml mason jars.)
It does have a slight coconut taste (IMO), but it's delicious!
