Best hamburger patty Recipe - thick or thin, cheese or no cheese, gluten free option, dairy free option, & low carb! This is the best and easiest recipe for the perfect hamburgers every single time. I like to make big batches of them and freeze them for later, as YES! They're freezer-friendly too! & you can whip them up in 30 minutes or less. EDITED TO ADD: There's also a KETO & CARNIVORE Option as well! See below!
For me, I prefer not a thin, but not a thick hamburger patty.. how about you? The best part about homemade hamburgers is you can make them to suit your taste buds and preferences. I have a similar hamburger press as this one, which is the ultimate hamburger tool. It's a 3 in 1 burger press, and can be used to even make mini burgers, or cheese-stuffed patties if you prefer!

I like to first prep out the workspace and ingredients prior to getting started.. here's how:
First, get a large mixing bowl for you to add all of your ingredients into.. ground beef, eggs, crushed crackers (or gluten free breadcrumbs), diced onions, spices, etc. I crack my egg, measure out the spices, and dice my onions so everything is dump and go!
Using your hands, thoroughly combine all of the ingredients until it's evenly distributed and the mixture is smooth.
Next, grab your handy dandy burger press, and start making those hamburger patties. Place them on your baking sheet that's lined with parchment paper (& in between too if you're stacking them).
Don't ask me how to cook them - that's my husbands job. We always cook them on the BBQ, and grill them for a few minutes a side. Follow me for more cooking tips.
Moving on..
Stack the patties onto your favourite hamburger buns, or gluten free buns, or lettuce to keep it low carb. Dress it up with your favourite burger toppings and condiments and voila - you have the best, easiest hamburgers.
To be honest, my toppings for burgers are very limited. I'm a fried onions, bacon and lettuce only type of gal. Feel free to spice it up with jalepenos, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, and whatever other toppings you love!
Serve it with a side of sweet potatoe french fries, this tool makes the best fries, broccoli salad, or the famous greek dip as an appy for the perfect BBQ dinner. Our favourite low carb, low sugar dips and dressings are from here.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
How can I make them NOT Gluten Free?
I am the ONLY person in our family who is strictly gluten free, so you can easily make this not gluten free by using your favourite crushed salted crackers, instead of Gluten free breadcrumbs, or use regular crushed breadcrumbs. How can I make them low carb?
Instead of serving on a hamburger bun, use lettuce. The burger patties themselves are already low carb.
How can I make them Dairy Free? Don't add cheese.
How do I make them Carnivore Friendly? Follow this recipe. How do I make them Keto Friendly? Follow this recipe. How do I freeze the hamburger patties? When it comes to freezing your patties, it's really simple. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and put the patties in the freezer for about 30 minutes to flash freeze them. After that, I transfer them to a ziplock bag, with parchment paper in between to prevent sticking, and freeze. These don't last long for us in the Summer.
